1991 Beneteau 350 Mast height

I am in the process of buying a 1991 Beneteau 350. The info I have doesnot include
the mast height for bridge clearance. Can anyone give me the bridge clearance for
this vessel?

Beneteau Website says it's... Mast Height 40' (over water)

The 351 is Mast Height 47' 11" (over water)

The 352 is Mast Height 47' 11" (over water)
