1990 35.5 hairline crack on keel

Hi guys
Hauled the boat this weekend and I was at the boat today getting it ready for winter and noticed water weeping out of the keel. A bit worried any experience with this

I had something similar on my 1990 Vision when I got it nearly new. I had the keel re-torqued and the area ground down and re-faired. Never had another issue over nine years. Good luck. (PS: the water is weeping from the keel to stub joint.)

I guess one of the obvious questions is where is the water coming from? Is it the bilge or is it just delamination?

Have you pumped the bilge down as far as you can and then wet vacuumed any remaining water to completely dry it. If the weeping stops after that's done you've at least solved the source issue. Since you're in Toronto and the hard freeze zone if its coming from the keel bolts the crack may have occurred this past winter and gone unnoticed in the spring while the weight of the boat was on the keel and materialized now after a summer of the keel hanging off bolts that may have gone somewhat slack allowing water from the bilge to weep between the root and keel all summer.
