1988 Catalina 30 forward hatch replacement/repair

My 1988 Catalina 30 forward hatch glass has cracks where the handles go through the glass. The decal on the frame ID's it as a Bomar 862015111, but the company has no listing for this number. Select also said they could find nothing on this model. It is trapazoidal in shape. I appreciate feedback from anyone who has replaced/repaired this type of hatch. Thanks ...John

I have the same hatch and the same cracks where the handles are on my 1988 Mark II. Rather then spend the fortune to replace it, I just leave it be since it has yet to leak and still functions okay. I have not looked into the replacement price, but if I had to guess your probably looking well north of of $500. If its not leaking I would just keep going.

We used catalinadirect -- purchased a new hatch, and had the Yard install it as we replaced all of the opening ports.
