I have just found and scanned my 1987 O'Day 302 Owners Manual. It's actually in pretty clean shape and is in a pdf file that I can email to you.
I'm not sure how many people will ask for it so please be patient if it doesn't come to you quickly, I'll try to read the replies as quickly as possible. If I'm overwhelmed, I'll put them on a shared website and post the link.

UPDATE: Aug-30, I submitted the manuals into the section "Boat Info", "Owner Modifications", "302". They are not yet visible but they should be as soon as they are reviewed and approved. Go there to find the manual sections, broken into 7 sections.
