have just purchased my first sailboat, a 1987 hunter 31. It came with no info on the complete plumbing systems. water, holding tanks, valves, toilet, etc. are all a mistery. any source for info on this model available on this holiday weekend?

Hunter 31 plumbing diagram
There is a complete manual for older Hunters on this site. I have attached a link to the Plumbling diagram. I rebuilt our water tank a few years ago and posted photos on the site. Peggy is a great resource. I just rebuilt our Jabsco toilet today. Never would have tackled it without her book.
