1987 Beneteau First 235

Can anyone tell me the functions of the unlabeled red and green switches on the electrical panel? I assumed one was a master on/off switch, but didn't know why there would be two.

MY thought, also. On a dark night, turn everything on, then turn "off" the 2 switches in question. Or, everything off, then the switches "On".
