I’m in the yard still but turned the corner for getting back in the water
Question is
Does the rudder need to be dropped or is it offset? Thank you for your time

Up to you, but it is bolted to the Steering mechanism.

If ya talking pulling the prop shaft, I don’t think it is offset. Some have loosened the strut and some have pulled the rudder. Some report that pulling the cutless bearing will give enough wiggle room to get the shaft out..
