1984 31 drains to bilge

I am trying to trace the line from our ice box - I'd like to know where it enters the bilge - any hints on how?

Has anyone taken a line from the tray below the engine into the bilge?

Good luck. I tried to determine this on our old H'31. I cut an inspection access hole under the sink to gain access to the thru hull fitting in the ice box. The only thing that I found was insulation.

Covered the hole with an inspection plate and said "ta hell with it".

Mine enters the bilge aft on the upper step starboard side. A little red food coloring in couple of cups of water poured into the ice box will show you pretty easily where yours is.

I like the isolated pan below the engine to contain any fuel leaks or oil spills. I wouldn't run a line to the bilge, but you can easily do it.
