1981 H-33 Plexiglass coach top slide cover

Our slide cover has cracked. It has survived 43 years ov UV and human abuse but now need replacing.

Any thoughts on this one? Can I buy one ready to go?

Can I bend one over a form and heat it to hold???

Any input is greatly apreciated.
