1980 H37C Mast Pull

Anyone:

Its time to pull my mast (first time). I remember seeing a post some time back with step by step directions, pictures and recommendations.

I would like to know whom posted that, can I get another copy and or consult.

Base of mast looks like its now a part of the step (corrosion and/or galvanic weld) and I suspect I may need to cut a few inches off and build a new step.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
