1980 Catalina 25 window leakage

I am experiencing leakage from the windows. I tried caulking the glass and the frame without success. I am looking for information on removing the glass and frame without breaking the glass or bending the frame. Can either or both be removed for caulking and reinstallation?

I am experiencing leakage through the cabin windows/ports. I caulked the windows and frame without success. I am looking for information on removing the window and frame without damaging either. I hope to solve the problem by caulking the windows and frame and reinstall them. Help anyone?

Nothing New Here

They all leak on the C25s. Catalina Direct sells a window rebuild kit. I've heard of limited success using these kits.Cruising Concepts has a retrofit kit to replace the windows with plastic. Gives the boat an updated look. The C25 National Association has mountains of info on this subject. the window thing

the catalina direct c-22 window reseal kit shows to put the 3m 4200 back in the window frame, (after cleaning it out) and over the new rubber seals' groves, and on the outside of the hull/window frame/glass WITH a painter's tape bordering the hull area so as to make a clean seam. Lots of rags here for clean-up !
