hi, shower pump drain does not pick up water. I can heare pump working (installed under sink)( but water does not move. Very tough to get at pump, but wonder if sink top can be removed to get at pump? May be sucking up air, because of loose connection at pump but good grief it is hard to do anything in that space. Thanks for any suggestions
