1979 Javelin 14 Transom Rot

Bought a '79 Javelin 14 for under 1k. I sail it less than 14 days a year as it's trailer stored at my in-laws home so I can sail it during our 1 month vacation/family visit each year (might get moored for 1 month a year). In that context, it has transom rot that shows some delimitation from the outer skin. With a boat this small, seems like the transom rot has little overall affect on the dinghy's overall structural integrity. The fiberglass seems strong enough to hold everything together with a lightweight 3.5 HP 2 stroke Tohatsu mounted via a through bolted outboard motor mount.

I recently epoxied/3m 4200'd the underwater/waterline gudgeon and hull drain plugs to prevent more water intrusion from the likely ingress point.

Question: should I enjoy my few weeks of sailing coastal bays and not worry, or should I be more concerned?

If I should be more concerned, what is the easiest DIY fix considering the boats minimal use?
