My "new to me" 1979 Hunter 33 has plastic portholes. Many of them are cracked. Any suggestions on what is available as a replacement?

Are these opening ports? If so, Beckson and Bomar are good choices. If you want to go with metal, Newfound Metals make good opening ports although they are much more expensive.
If they are fixed ports with the aluminum frame, the frame can be removed cleaned up and the lens replaced with acrylic (plexiglass) available at your local plastics dealer.
