You came to the right place.
Lack of real documentation, especially on the older Cherubinis, is why a lot of us hang out here. I have a relatively complex 1979 H37C. The original owner's manual is a little thing, about 5" x 8" and eleven pages. Then there is an oversimplified wiring diagram in a pull out page with the boat's specs on the other side. Probably the reason Hunter thought you would not want one. They did, however, send me 11"x14" diagrams of plumbing and wiring.
