1977 8.7 MAST BOOT

I HAVE A 1977 8.7 AND AM TRYING TO DETERMINE IF IT SHOULD HAVE A MAST COLLAR AND MAST BOOT... MINE IS FLUSH WITH THE DECK...IS THIS CORRECT? IF NOT ANY IDEAS AS TO WHERE I CAN GET A REPLACEMENT COLLAR AND MAST BOOT?

Mast Boot

This may be way too late, but, I think you will find that the mast is stepped on the cabin top. Since it doesn't go through the cabin top, you don't need a boot. That is the way my 8.3 is, anyway.
