replaced mine in a '90 H-27

I just replaced all the portlight windows in my 1990 H-27 (a total of five including one for the rear berth). It was much easier than I expected and each appears to seal well -- so far no leaks. Mine are Beckson brand and in addition to the clear plastic windows, I also ordred new screens from Sailnet. None of it was all that expensive and at the time Sailnet was having a sale. I did not get replacement rubber seals as the ones I had seemed to be fine. As it turned out they leaked slightly before, but since I cleaned the rubber real well and applied a generous coat of 303 to protect agsinst UV rays and soften the rubber, they are doing great. Finally, rather than getting the smoked color as before I got clear plastic and it allow smore brightness into the cabin.

Replaced mine but stainless not work the cost

I replaced mine last year with plastic gray(?) ports I got them from the thrifty mariner who is no longer in business. It wasn't to hard a job but it did take two people to manage the barrel botls (One inside, one outside. It wasn't that they leaked but rather they were so crazed and cloudy that you couldn't see out.
