Looking for a 1974 vintage steel Ronstan traveler car for Main sheet. Fits a 1.25 inch T track on my Cal35C boat. Car is simple old design with a steel U shaped bar to attach main sheet block. Slides between two stoppers on track. I'll get an image on my next trip to boat.

If you have any ideas I'd be grateful.

Ronstan is still in business.

Garhauer will make you anything you need.

Thank you Stu. What will they need? An image, or the part? Issue is the block (through the years) is wearing groves in the U shaped bar where I attach the block. While still functional it is only a matter of time before the wear turns into a break.
DO not want to be under sail when that happens.

In the meantime, you might want to insert a soft shackle in between the block and the u-strap. It will give you less wear and be just as strong. I have made a couple of my own or you can buy them. Just Google "soft shackle".

Thanks. I called Ronstan and they gave me a number to try. I'll need to check the car on the track but at first blush it looks like it will work.

Thanks for the soft shackle idea. I had found one and tried it.
Fair winds.
