1973 Ericson 25 swing keel

Wondering what opinions are on this boat. I have found one for sale a nice drive from where I live but I am not familiar with Ericsons. How's the sailing performance and what not of these boats?

As a general rule, you can't go wrong buying an Ericson

The Ericson 25 swing keel is a great boat. Very well built. Capable of dealing with more difficult weather conditions, etc. If it is in decent shape, I would not hesitate to own one.
