Doesn't sound good. My first thought was "what kind of tug has a crew of 18" After reading the article I wonder what kind of tug is 264' Isn't the Ukraine landlocked?

Black Sea?

Would it be the Black Sea? My son, a US Marine, spent a couple of weeks in the Ukraine on the Black Sea a year ago. JerryA
