Hi all, I recently inherited a 17' blue jay sail boat, that I intended to bring upstate NY to a cabin on a small lake. This boat is in nice shape, has all sail gear hardware u can put on a small boat. All it needs is a set of sails, and a tiller handle, which I found a guy in NY that collects these, and used sails and tiller handle was $125.00. This is a great little boat, but its too big for this lake. I would like to trade for a smaller boat, say sunfish, or something for the kids to learn on.With the Dagger board and rudder on this boat we will be across this lake in minutes, and banging the bottom...Only problem is it has no papers, it was abandoned at our yacht club, I was not woried about this as the lake is so remote u can drive vehicles up there with no plates, which I have several. This is a cool little boat, just too big for my lake, for a situation like mine on a bigger lake it would be perfect...Red
