My 2005 260 has 15 mm water supply lines - I'm installing a pump and proper faucets - anyone know where to buy 15 mm tubing? West Marine is out right now...

Internet

Try www.whalepumps.com. I bought my tubing and fittings from a distributor in NC, over the phone, but I cannot remember their name.

15 mm is as close as you can get to 9/16. Not sure if that is your issue or needed a supplier.

Pressure Water in 260

David, I just finished that project in February. I had to contact Linda, Customer Service and Tachnical Assistance at Boat U.S. ext. 1024, due to the various Neptune fittings and 10ft. of 15mm hose were not in stock at West Marine. She located the needed items as they were on the pallet enroute from the manufacturer and was able to track them through the Boat U.S. distribution center. She also gave me a call when the parts were given to Fed-Ex. Good Luck, Steve Kamp

Thanks Again!

Well - I got so frustrated trying to find all the needed tubing and fittings to keep the system 15mm, I just converted my design to all 1/2" tubing and fittings and bought it all from McMaster. I tried Sea Tech and Whale, but couldn't find a distributor that had all the Tees and Ells that I needed. I'm putting in a new water pump, accumulator, strainer, stern shower and two new Whale faucets. Lots of fun!

If you will contact any Rubber and gasket house in the area where you live, they will have what you are looking for. If at all possible convert all your metric stuff to American measurements. Simply divide by 25.4. that will give you inches and be close enough to find something that will work. You may even try Lowe's or Home Depot or a well stocked hardware store, most industrial supply houses can help as well.
