The first edition of the list should be e-mailed out in a few days. After that, some more work needs to be done to find those C-18 sailors that don't frequent the Web. Also, I've been in contact w/ a Dr. Ken Ong <kong@cmcny.com> from NY (an article of his appears in the latest issue of Mainsheet magazine), and we would like to try and create a functional Natl. Assn. for the Cap 18.
