Had the opportunity to help deliver a new Bavaria 46 from Mystic Ct to the Newport Boat Show with Adam Cort of sail magazine. Never thought I would be in the video but there I am. I'm the one at the helm in the white shirt and yes that is also my belly in the still picture accompanying the article. Thought I would share with my sailing friends. By the way the new Bavaria 46 is a very nice boat.

Nice cameo appearance

In high school in New York during the 1960s, a basketball buddy showed up at school lunch and said, "Did you see my picture in The New York Times today?" Iona Prep had been playing Power Memorial and Lew Alcindor (Kareem Abdul-Jabbar). My friend's hand was in one corner of the photo in a vain attempt to block his shot.
