swinging keel

I have a 2013 Hunter 22 and something broke on the swing keel. How do I remove it?

Help. Being a newbie wanting to jump into sailing I bought a Vagabond 17. It looked good. The sails are newish, no big holes, no rust. Then I brought her home and was just prepping to take her to the lake and noticed I can see asphalt through where the keel winch cable goes through the boat...

Any one have or know where i can get a v25 swinging keel replacement? Original is completely rusted out at the pivot hole as shown in the photos. i jabbed at it with a screw driver to find all that is rusted out to consider a repair but it seems she got cancer a long time ago.. We just got...
