stink water

Its a 1997 hunter 376. I have stink water coming up into the glassed in basin located under the cabin sole floor panel just aft of the bilge and forward of the engine thru hull panel. Frequently when we boarded after an absence there would be stinky water pooling in the basin under that floor...
