I will be installing a 3 burner oven/stove on my Sabre 28 and I am currently troubleshooting where to put the propane tanks. Has anyone made this upgrade and if so, where did you store the tanks?

I have a Sabre 28 MKII with old Enkes winches. I would like to upgrade to self-tailing as I will be doing a lot of solo sailing. For anyone that has self-tailing on your Sabre, what brand and size do you have? Thank you!
