oil based topside paint

Has anyone used Majic in topside paint before? I have an issue with boat paint as it drys so quickly for me and leaves brush strokes even when I put additives in it. I'm considering painting my boat with a less costly oil based enamel (Rustoleum) and wondered if Majic drys paint quickly during...
