Hi there! My black water tank is full (and slightly filling into the toilet leaving a stink) on my Catalina 30 but the stainless waste pump-out cap froze onto the stainless thru-deck housing. I have tried hammering with a large screwdriver but no luck. I bought a new filler cap and housing but...
