engine stop

My "Kill the Fuel" handle was left pulled out and being that it was placed in a terrible spot has become bent. The cable still slides nicely, but the solid bar that slides in/out makes it hard to shut off (and push back in). Question: Can the handle be removed from the cable and replaced, or...
