222 rigging

My 222 is stock and I would like to upgrade it and rig it right for single hand sailing for my Dad. I am afraid to drill holes in the boat lol. Right now all we have for the jib are dock cleats on the top of the cabin and 2 winches on top of the cabin. I think they need to be moved back like...
