Dark ? Well, it was a bit of a horrible user Interface..Ooh interesting.
Was this the yachting site on the dark web?
but predated dark web or the web as most people know it today.
It was the CompuServe Sailing Forum and I was a member! Compuserve preceded the web...in fact I was able to get to the web via CompuServe.
