I have nine aluminum framed opening ports and two fixed ports on my Hunter 40 and would like to replace or reglaze them. Has anyone experience with this work? Any suggestions would be helpful. I have not been able to find who manufactured the ports. These are not the plastic style seen on many Hunters.

Is it a clamp style 2 part frame, or is the glass glued in the frame? If it's the former, it's a relatively job, if you can find the right replacement seal profile. Any plastic shop can cut the acrylic with a pattern router bit, or you could do it yourself with a few tools (namely a router).
