so I have 3 proposed locations where a new AC out let will be 'near water.' ( 2 sinks, and a bulkhead area very close to a hatch that 'Someone ' might leave open to get us all rained upon. Does E 11 require a GFCI for each install 'near wter'? or does the 'first in line ' GFCI protect the down stream ones ? (marine GFCI'S: 40$ a piece ... ) (I'm adding a battery charger for me, and shorepower where none existed before. It was explained to me that "I can't run a hair drier on 12 volts.' ) Or maybe I should just eliminate the 120v outlet as too close to the hatch ? (There's close to a 100 % chance 'someone ' will leave the hatch open...) All thoughts and ideas welcome...

First outlet needs a GFCI, it protects all downstream outlets.
Main panel needs a ELCI too.
