Windy, with storm jib up.
Windy. This is my setup for handling two jibs and running backstays.
Sailing into a front. With a sudden increase in the wind, I simply dropped the outer jib onto the deck, and left the inner jib up.
Storm sailing on Lake Mead.
On the windiest days a smaller storm jib works well on the inner forestay.
Christmas 2000 sailing, outer jib down, full size inner jib, reefed main.
Heeled over, outer jib down.
