Ready to be dropped back in. Sadly the starter motor acted up, so a new replacement is due here in a couple of days... You can get a new one for 109 bucks!! Ask me where if you have the need. But I did fire it up and found a much smoother running boat with the new shaft. It's hard to tell where you are at with the throttle now... it's that much of a difference.

Yamaha Lettering: The nameplate was invisible since I got the boat... amazing what a little white paint will do... Now I don't have to hear "What kind of boat is it?" all the time.

Prop remachined to a standard 7/8" for easy and less expensive replacement... Nice to use standard 7/8" zincs.
