Das sind Teakleisten, die aufgeklebt, dann mit Schwarzer Masse ausgegossen und geschliffen wurden. Sieht immer noch aus wie neu.....

The original sail came with the boat however it would not be wise to sail with it. I commissioned Tom Bremen at Bremen Miami to craft a new sail. What a beauty. Tom is probably the best sail-maker in the world and updated the original design. I decided at the last minute to place my company logo.

18 hours in one day to NC, picked up the boat and headed to the hotel. I drove back to Miami the very next day looking in the mirror at the prize. I found the trailer in Miami and modified for the Catfish.

The rudder bar was broken. Later found out one of the connectors was fabricated from scratch. It looked better than the original.

This is how I found the boat. I sailed this same model and color as a kid in Lake Havasu. What a find. A collage kid purchased the boat several years back and did not have the time to restore. $400.00 dollars later and the boat was carried out the gate.
