Rusted pivot point for the swing keel.
New steel jack post. I wanted to get rid of most of the wood. Mold reasons

Talk about a pain in the neck. The swing keel was rusted in the up position. Also in the process of drilling through the 1/4 inch steel, the drill bound up sending my head into the bottom of the boat. Hurt like hell...
Theres a spot way back there that held water and apparently a dead rat. Found his skull in the tip of my vacuum. (previous owner left MREs onboard) Kinda curious how he got in the boat.
