The foam had to be replaced. and access at the front berth was made with a 6" plate, to allow reinforcement to the inside wall.
finally it was detailed and painted.

A hole was opened to have access to the area and pull the area back in place, the rub rail also was holding it back and had to be cut.
A huge wave at the marina entrance left us pointing to the seawall.
The mast was very loose but holded on to let us lower it.
