Native Lummi indian canoe race in Lummi Channel just west of Bellimgham WA and Lummi Island . The restrurant at the ferry dock on Lummi island has great pizza and meals with stares to tie your dingy to. There is a local farmers market by the grocery store where some island friends play folk and bluegrass music on Sat in the summer.
The view east from Eagle Harbor in San Juan island mid Salish Sea , notice the north cascade mountains below the thunder heads it's Mt Baker with snow in July and were in the 70's , life is great with free bouy's by the Dept of Interior
