Leaking in joints. Resand, Varnish with 6-7 coats and imbed boat name "Cigar Man"
Where to start. Cheap carpet got to go. Cushion, new color and fabric. Bench style seating has to go. Maybe two small chair, end table and add standard undercounter fridge.
Dry dock and cleaning the bottom. Actually not bad.... Cast Iron Keel
