Still have a ways to go but it is getting there.
New Bow Eye block cut from PVC board two 3.5" x 3/4" x 4" glued together. At least this will not rot out.
The factory used steel nuts not stainless. No wonder the bow eye was loose.

The bow eye and both sides of the cabin still need to be done. Then on to the trailer issues.
