I added a pvc fitting to the ballast tank air vent.
Now the plug can really seal.
I sanded the fiberglass and the pvc, then used 3M-5200
 It feels pretty solid.
Stereo install required making this panel.
It's 1/2" oak plywood stained and spar varnish.
Voltmeter for keeping tabs on the battery, not the best but was cheap. Ammeter is next, and will go in where the 12 volt socket is.
Far right is a Zune. It's like an Ipod. I have over 5000 songs on it, of all types. It's like having my own radio station but no commercials!
1st time with the grill. The placement is perfect for me.
You do have to be mindful of passengers possibly bumping it and getting burned.
When not in use it swings aft, out of the way and is safe.
A real autopilot. Has to be the best $400.00 I ever spent!
I single hand a lot, and now I can turn this on and walk around the boat and take my time.
1st generation poor mans autopilot.
A piece of tubing welded to a screw, sticks in a hole in the tiller. Run a rope from one side of the boat, through the tubing, to the other side. Pull it tight, and it holds the tiller where you leave it, but you can still steer.
Lowrance HDS-5
Hangs inside out of the weather when not in use.
 It has GPS/chartplotter, and fishfinder.
The homemade box also has a 12 volt socket for aux power.
Working on grill install. Ended up with a shorter mount, and mounted lower. I can sit in the cockpit in the shade and cook lunch! It swings aft out of the way when not in use, and stows under the V berth when not on the water.
