Sanding, we used a regular angle grinder with 24 grit to speed up the sanding.
Plans to replace the Topping lift and main halliard, while up there added a new genny halliard.

Marking for some screws.
We went out to the boat the day b4, got some hard numbers and measurments between the gudgeons. The rest of our dimensions came from a forum here. It turned out great for just a temp while the new rudder is still being built.
