It's upside down .
Aft starboard chain plate some rot noted on the top. Port aft is similar.
planning on cutting floor to access mast compression post. Planning putting a drain on the forward hole and using the aft hole and a way of lifting the access plate.

front side of forward starboard chainplate bulkhead looks good and sounds solid.
back side on forward starboard chain plate bulkhead looks rotten !!
Letting my pirate flag fly. The first Summer (2014) with my S2 is over . Looking forward to fall - winter- Spring refit and rebuilding projects !!!
