My attempt at a full kick up rudder.
Ice box made out of 1/8" plywood and then it will have 4" of insulation and have a 1/4" outer shell.
Top of the galley unit being coated with epoxy. Also with recessed hinges for leafs that will lift up for added counter space.

Companionway hatch all it needs is varnish and screen.
