I remove the bad area with a jig-saw. Need to sand out the edges, hoping to get a 3" work area around the hole for laying in new glass. I'm going to take the weight of the boat stern so the fiber glass will be in a natural weight load when the boat is in the water.

Found water leaking in around a patch previous owner had in stalled. I believe it was grounded hard with cracking of fiberglass in this area. He try repair it with filler. I remove the auto filler and found i was in side under the floor.
