Fasten aluminum hawk with stainless allen bolts. A standard taping hawk found at any hardware store. The center bolt will attach to a boat grill SS swiveling arm and mounted in a deck socket.
30amp panel, does not contain any mounting hardware. All installation has to be engineered to be secure, out of the way and rotation versatile.
