Did not like the old style rudder, after a lot of thought and planning this is what I ended up with, cost was approx. $100. works just great for me and what I needed.

also new 48" laminated tiller, Navico 1600 tiller pilot.

IMG 0002 added Bimini top, removed old wood around companion way replaced with plastic spacer and marine grade aluminum, new winches. gps and depth gauge (lowrance), pop top cover.
