Another almost new motor mount I think installed with the new engine in 2008. Gotta make sure these babies are taken care of as replacing them is sure not cheap.

Another view of the bimini just installed. A perfect combination of sun protection with some available between the dodger and the bimini. All around the bridge deck mounted traveler.
Bob at Brokaw Yacht Sales, San Diego, CA (on Shelter Island, a virtual boater's haven), referred me to Roger at Miramar Canvas also in San Diego. Thanks to Roger for making a wonderful bimini that not only does what we want to do (keep the sun off us considerably more), but it looks terrific too! Way to go Roger of Miramar Canvas!
Another new through hull installed. Less stuff to be concerned about when out in the ocean. Note the wood backing plate for the through hull. Nice work Lee of Brokaw Yacht Sales, Shelter Island, San Diego, CA!!!
